Lekker weer. De jaarlijkse Bollekesfeesten. Spektakel op de Groote Markt met muziek en eettentjes langs de Schelde en  De Suikerrui. \u00a0Ik begreep dat de offici\u00eble benaming voor het biertje van De Coninck vanaf nu \u00a0\u2018Het Bolleke\u2019 luidt. Antwerpen &#8211; Caf\u00e9 In den Engel &#8211; \u00a0weet zijn pareltjes te vieren. Uw passievolle pensionado genoot links en rechts van het vlaamse volksvermaeck maar genoot in de avond \u00a0in alle rust van een \u00a0sterwaardig diner in Sir Anthony van Dyck. Het pensioen goed besteed. De lunch eerder op de dag &#8211; \u00a0ietsje verderop &#8211; \u00a0op een pleintje naast de vlaamsekaai \u00a0genoten &#8211; op advies van dochter &#8211; in Patine &#8211; ook aan te raden na museumbezoek MHK en het nabij liggende fotomuseum aan de waalsekaai. U bent weer op de hoogte. <br><br> Contemplatie op een bankje aan de Schelde &#8211; in het zonnetje, heerlijke zachte wind, 23 graden en dan is er DE DOOD. Tom van Deel dood. Anton Oskamp dood. Die prinses dood. Allemaal namen uit het verleden. De dood werd \u00a0al breeduit en levendig \u00a0besproken in de ochtend op de autoradio &#8211; radio 1. Dat rijke mensen langer leven &#8211; gezonder eten, een betere opleiding genieten. Naast diploma\u2019s zijn levensjaren blijkbaar te koop &#8211; een wetenschappelijk onderzoek levert het bewijs.<br> <br>De 65 en 66 jarigen weten de dood dichtbij &#8211; binnen 15 jaar liggen we onder de grond of in de oven. Je hoort van de ellende om je heen. \u00a0Van teveel en onrechtvaardige ellende. Dat zijn de gesprekken van 65 en 66 jarigen.
