zelf een pati\u00ebnt!<\/strong><br><br> wel even geaarzeld of ik over het te bespreken fenomeen een columnetje zou schrijven. toch maar doen. ik bezocht gisterenavond den bosch. 4 kandidaten streden om een finaleplaats. de kandidaten voor het stadsdichterschap kregen de opdracht om buiten zich zelf te treden &#8211; buiten uw comfortzone &#8211; in uw voordracht van 20 minuten. alle kandidaten(nou ja ik zag er drie van de vier) bedienden zich van een muzikant (gitarist) als begeleider. muziek is blijkbaar een dingetje buiten de comfortzone van een stadsdichter van den bosch.<br><br> ik schrijf in deze column geen recensie van de avond. het te bespreken fenomeen kwam aan de oppervlakte bij het optreden van de tweede kandidaat van de avond. een zekere mevrouw kerkhof. ik zei tegen \u00a0vriendin vera vd horst \u00a0met wie ik aan de bar stond toe te kijken (bieren &#8211; bieren \/ bieren &#8211; bieren zou martien uit het CHATEAU krijsen) omdat in het zaaltje geen stoel meer vrij was &#8211; \u2018ze heb der naam niet mee\u2019.<br><br> we waren bij mevrouw van het kerkhof aangeland. mevrouw van het kerkhof vulde haar 20 minuten met al het persoonlijke leed dat een mens maar kan vergaren + bij elkaar kan verzinnen in een mensenleven. alles maar dan ook alles moest en zou in die 20 minuten van mevrouw van het kerkhof. de hele wereld had het gedaan en de hele wereld had ongeveer mevrouw van het kerkhof misbruikt. ik zei tegen mijn vriendin vd horst: haar teksten zouden het goed doen in een psychiatrische kliniek maar dan wel op der eigen kamertje \u00a0\u00e9n met de deur dicht. vriendin van der horst is van het beschaafde soort &#8211; glimlachte een weinig &#8211; maar wist elke glimlach toch te be\u00ebindigen met een enorme schaterlach. als blikken uit het zaaltje hadden kunnen doden lag mevrouw vd horst nu op het kerkhof. <br><br> 15 minuten persoonlijk leed doorspekt met een paar minuten plat moralisme &#8211; mevrouw van het kerkhof was klaar. geheel opgelucht (en leeggelopen) verliet zij het podium. geen enkele relativering, geen enkele ruimte en aandacht voor de medemens en voor de toeschouwer in de zaal al helemaal niet &#8211; alleen maar aandacht voor het zo \u00a0particuliere zelf. je ziet het vaker maar je wil het niet zien.<br> \u00a0zie hierboven het beschreven fenomeen. er bestaan mensen met een
