Gisteren dacht ik nog &#8221; ik schrijf dat stukje voor Pom in de vroege morgen&#8221; maar vanochtend was het besef vrijdag even weg en stonden daar in de hoek mijn gisteren aangeschafte Nordic Walking stokken. Het gaat goed met Von, maar uithoudingsvermogen ho maar en daarnaast mist er tijdens het lopen een hoop stabiliteit, dus hoog tijd om daar iets aan te gaan doen. Na het rondje met het hondje even koffie om de moed in te drinken en hup stokjes mee en naar buiten. Het is nog donker, maar de temperatuur is lekker en die stokken lopen verbazingwekkend goed. <br><br>Alleen lopen is ook lekker, je kan flink in je eigen hoofd zitten en tot de ontdekking komen dat dat alles ineens verdwijnt omdat je op gaat in je omgeving. Voor een echte wandelaar stelt die paar kilometer van mij van vanmorgen niet veel voor, maar ik heb genoten. Ik weet het geen hoogdravend schrijfsel, maar wel van iemand die de dag vol plezier begonnen is en daar nog duidelijk van nageniet.<br><br><br>Yvonne
