Dat je buik er vol van zit. Na een week ben ik er wel klaar mee. Zeven dagen lam. En dat zonder vodka. Geen gin. Niks drank. Seulement de la viande. Agneau uit la douce France. Stoofpot. Bout. Koteletten. Het lamsvlees komt me inmiddels de strot wel uit. Nooit gedacht, maar ook nooit eerder gedaan. Zeven dagen lam is me gewoon te veel. Zwaar op de maag. Zoveel is duidelijk. Vanavond ga ik dus voor de broodnodige variatie. Alleen zijn alle winkels dicht. Want zondagmiddag. Hier nog heilig.\u00a0<br><br>Gelukkig zit er een nieuwe winkel in het dorp. Het is een winkel waar boeren uit de buurt hun waar aanbieden. Rechtstreeks van boer naar burger. Kwaliteit verzekerd. Die winkel lijkt overigens vaker gesloten dan geopend, maar daar hebben ze iets op gevonden. Die boeren. Modern. Om toch 24\/7 hun handel te kunnen verkopen. Aan de zijgevel prijkt een heuse automaat. Met van die luikjes. Zoals bij de Febo in Damsko en bij de snack op Leiden Centraal. Ik trek er wel eens een sat\u00e9 kroket uit de muur. Of goulash. Daar in Leiden. Zoiets maar dan gekoeld is het. Die automaat hier. Gevuld met streekproducten. Yogurt. Kaas. Groenvoer. Enzovoort. Alles vers van de boer.<br><br>Het is zo&#8217;n entrec\u00f4te die het hele huis naar stal doet ruiken zodra \u00b4ie sissend de pan in gegleden is. Imm\u00e9diatement. Je ruikt het beest. Stier. Kan niet anders. Mals als pas gemaaid lentegras is \u00b4ie. L\u00b4entrec\u00f4te. Saignant. Met pommes de terre uit de oven. In partjes. En komkommer sla. In staafjes over de lengte. Geen plakjes. Die komkommer. Met verse mayonaise en geitenkaas. Sriracha een beetje. Ik ga dit vaker doen. Op zeker.
